Background
Once part of Hubert Biltmore’s original land claim, this is now part of the Biltmore Industry’s responsible logging program. Three linked camps provide timber around the United States, and guided tours show various milling processes. Due to the inherent dangers, arranging a time by appointment is advisable. Sustainable logging, with two trees planted for every one felled, is part of Bright Falls’s commitment to the land and Mother Nature.
